Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zack Nichols (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin O Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Reilly has chosen Dropkick Murphys- I'm Shipping Up To Boston as his entrance music. Colin O Reilly will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Zack Nichols! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Colin O Reilly! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.

O Reilly will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
O Reilly scores with the left hand. Nichols knows he should have avoided that one. Colin O Reilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. O Reilly wants to slow Nichols down by chopping away at his legs. O Reilly misses with a looping right. Nichols shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as O Reilly sprawls well. O Reilly wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nichols gets slowly back to his feet. Nichols slips a jab and a cross from O Reilly.
O Reilly paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Nichols leaves O Reilly with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. O Reilly shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A big right from O Reilly misses. O Reilly throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nichols counters with a takedown into side control.

O Reilly is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Nichols asserts his dominance and retains side control. Nichols throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Nichols looking to punish the body of his opponent here but O Reilly is avoiding damage well.
O Reilly really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nichols. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nichols controls the position.
Nichols is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, O Reilly has escaped the position, nice work there.
Nichols has worked his way into a potential kimura here. O Reilly is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Nichols yanks on the arm and O Reilly is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Nichols.
