Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reginald Foosternuce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Greg Monroe looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Greg Monroe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Reginald Foosternuce! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foosternuce changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Monroe tries to avoid it but Foosternuce manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Monroe to the ground. Monroe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Foosternuce misses with a takedown attempt - Monroe sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Danga de danga de dang - Monroe scores with a four punch combination! Monroe throws a series of punches but Foosternuce avoids them all with ease. Foosternuce clinches up with Monroe and pushes him back against the cage. Monroe breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Foosternuce gets in close and instigates a clinch. A left hand lands to the body for Foosternuce.
Monroe is breathing heavily. Foosternuce gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Monroe.
Foosternuce breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Monroe wants to land a leg kick but Foosternuce is out of range. Foosternuce shoots in looking for a takedown. Monroe tries to sprawl out of it but Foosternuce keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Monroe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Greg Monroe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Reginald Foosternuce. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Foosternuce gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foosternuce pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Foosternuce gets a clinch. Monroe is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Foosternuce to keep the fight standing. Foosternuce breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Foosternuce gets a clinch. Monroe can't find room to land a body shot as Foosternuce controls the action.
Foosternuce pulls guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Monroe is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Foosternuce has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Monroe is looking to defend but Foosternuce has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Monroe! Foosternuce pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Monroe taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Reginald Foosternuce!
