Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Nazarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler Durden told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nazarov lands with a cross.
Durden misses with a left hand
and Nazarov counters with a single leg into guard. Durden didn't expect that.
Nazarov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Durden wants to sweep here but Nazarov controlling him for the moment.
Durden has momentary wrist control but Nazarov slips an elbow through the middle.
It looks like Tyler Durden has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Durden is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Nazarov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Durden looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nazarov is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Durden can't keep his opponent in guard - Nazarov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nazarov connects with a nice short shot to Durden's temple.

Nazarov is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Durden is still in real trouble! Can Nazarov finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nazarov scores with a big shot! Durden's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Durden! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vadim Nazarov!
