Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Afro Ninja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ninja has chosen On To The Next One as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ninja takes a jab right on the kisser.

Hong throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Ninja moves into the clinch.
Hong goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ninja lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Hong misses with a body punch.
Hong working some nice short punches in the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ninja feints and then cracks Hong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hong down.

Hong bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Ninja fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hong looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Ninja throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hong tries to close the distance and clinch but Ninja swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ninja swings away with a leg kick that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Antonio Hong will probably get the nod.

Ninja connects with a stiff jab that staggers Hong - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Afro Ninja really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Hardcore Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
