Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vedin Sirovica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sirovica has chosen last mohacian as his entrance music. Alex Drago has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirovica clinches up with Drago and pushes him back against the cage.
Sirovica drags the fight down to the ground.
Drago wants to pass the guard but Sirovica is keeping the position.
Sirovica avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Drago chips away with some ground and pound.
Sirovica has his foot on Drago's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Drago works his way back into a safe position though.

Sirovica had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Drago is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Sirovica Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Drago's back instead.

Drago breaks Sirovica's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Drago decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Sirovica shoots in and drives through. Drago sprawls well.

Alex Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sirovica moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Drago shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Drago is nestled in close to Sirovica, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Drago looks to land a combination but Sirovica avoids it well.
Drago swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sirovica counters by clinching up.
Drago has had enough of the clinch but Sirovica keeps him there for the moment.

Drago wants to break the clinch but can't.
Sirovica ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Sirovica no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Drago works over Sirovica with some ground and pound from guard.

Sirovica bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Drago's guard.

Drago is staying active underneath Sirovica, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Drago tries to roll over but Sirovica keeps him under control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Drago closes the distance looking to clinch
and Sirovica counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Drago wants to get back to striking at distance but Sirovica won't allow it.
Drago has a couple of punches blocked by Sirovica.
Sirovica is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Drago is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Sirovica prevents Drago from breaking the clinch.
Drago is looking to break free of the clinch but Sirovica has double underhooks.

Drago thows a big elbow that misses.
Drago wanted to stand there but Sirovica had control of the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Vedin Sirovica will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Nice takedown defense from Sirovica. No joy for Drago on that attempt.

Sirovica wants the takedown. Drago is fighting it off but Sirovica persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Drago's guard against the cage.

Drago throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Sirovica manages to pass to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drago is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Drago knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sirovica on the ground.
Sirovica is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Drago is trying to escape and Sirovica transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Drago is forced to tap! Nice work there by Sirovica! Very nice indeed!
