Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amur Karpiarski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duane McBride (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Amur Karpiarski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Duane McBride!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from McBride. Those never looked like landing.
McBride throws a head kick but Karpiarski moves out of range.

McBride gets caught flat footed, as Karpiarski shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Karpiarski decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on McBride, up you get!
Karpiarski has a takedown stuffed.
McBride circles away from the clinch attempt
and McBride counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
McBride throws a nice looking combination but Karpiarski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Karpiarski has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

McBride looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

McBride throws a low kick but Karpiarski moves out of range easily.

McBride shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Karpiarski manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

McBride wants to lay and pray for a moment but Karpiarski keeps working.

McBride shoots in looking for a takedown but Karpiarski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McBride's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Karpiarski is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, McBride asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Karpiarski has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think McBride should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Karpiarski has tightened it up now! McBride should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
