Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ki I Kanaloa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pirreto Zagoras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kanaloa's entrance music is Mascara Running Everywhere by Nero's Day At Disneyland. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pirreto Zagoras!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zagoras tries to keep at a distance but Kanaloa has taken the fight into the clinch.
Zagoras goes for a takedown attempt but Kanaloa pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Kanaloa's corner calls for a 1-2. Kanaloa obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Ki I Kanaloa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kanaloa keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kanaloa scores with a hook.
Kanaloa has taken the fight to the clinch.
Zagoras goes for a takedown attempt but Kanaloa pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ki I Kanaloa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pirreto Zagoras.
Zagoras wants to clinch.
Zagoras tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kanaloa paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zagoras tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Kanaloa counters with a right hand to the body.
Zagoras's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kanaloa connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Zagoras scrambles back to his feet.
Kanaloa lands a nice shot to the body.
Zagoras shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kanaloa defends it nicely.
Kanaloa lands a slapping body shot.
Zagoras looks winded!
Kanaloa moves out of range of the leg kick from Zagoras.
Ki I Kanaloa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kanaloa throws a series of strikes that have Zagoras backpedaling.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kanaloa moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Kanaloa pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Zagoras back to the cage. Kanaloa follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Kanaloa lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Zagoras is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Kanaloa has cracked Zagoras with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Kanaloa lands another huge swinging hook and Zagoras tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Zagoras, before Kanaloa can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ki I Kanaloa!
Ki I Kanaloa tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
