Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Silva!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a series of punches but Andre moves out of range.
Andre keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Silva throws a predictable looking body shot
and Andre counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Andre defending well as Silva loads up on a big left hand.
Silva misses with a body shot.
Andre uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Silva.
Andre finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Silva throws a lazy uppercut
and Andre counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Silva is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Andre finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva throws a jab but it's blocked by Andre.

Silva on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Andre pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Silva tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Andre was well out of range. Poor timing from Silva.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Andre.

Good leg kick by Andre there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Silva is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Andre rather than just go for the knockout.

Silva misses with a two punch combination.
Andre misses with a head kick.
Silva swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Silva tries to bum rush Andre with a series of wild strikes but Andre uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Silva throws a right hand that Andre ducks under and follows up with a left that Andre also avoids with ease.
Silva swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A nice inside leg kick there by Andre. That's going to slow Silva down.
Silva takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Andre lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Silva looks to score with a jab to the body but Andre is just out of range.

Andre throws a big shot that misses.
Andre tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Andre slips under a jab from Silva.
Silva smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Silva cracks Andre with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Andre is breathing heavily.
Andre swings for the body but Silva moves out of range.
Andre closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
No joy there for Silva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Silva throws a right and a left that Andre avoids nicely.
Andre waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Silva.
Silva lands the left hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Marc Andre will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Andre gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Silva gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Andre is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Silva!
After winning the bout, Daniel Silva thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
