Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson shoots in looking for a takedown but Rogers manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Thompson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Thompson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Rogers is out of range.
Thompson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rogers.

Thompson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rogers to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Thompson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rogers is aware though and is defending well.

Rogers drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Thompson dives on top into guard.
