The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a leg kick but Dillon sees it coming and moves out of range.
Lee takes one on the button.

It looks like Kjell Dillon has been cut.
Lee lands a leg kick that knocks Dillon off balance momentarily.
The fighters circling - Dillon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Lee wants to stand and escape but Dillon is having none of it.
Lee pushes Dillon off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Lee throws a low kick, looking for Dillon's leg but Dillon calmly moves out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Good leg kick by Lee there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Lee punishes Dillon's body with a nice straight punch.
Dillon slips a jab and a cross from Lee.

Lee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dillon.
Dillon jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lee lands a jab to the head.
Kjell Dillon's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Lee moves out of range of the strikes.
Dillon throws a chopping leg kick but Lee manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Lee is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Lee keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dillon.
Lee throws a low kick, looking for Dillon's leg but Dillon calmly moves out of range.
Dillon tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Lee is able to avoid easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lee throws a front kick aimed at Dillon's knee but Dillon avoids it well.
Lee throws a body punch but Dillon moves out of range.
Dillon throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Lee misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lee throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dillon takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Dillon shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dillon just misses with a punch to the body.
Dillon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lee napping and manages to drive through into side control!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dillon tries to score with some ground and pound. Lee controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Lee wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Dillon throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Dillon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lee keeps working.
Dillon might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lee haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Dillon remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Lee sneaks back into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dillon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Kjell Dillon was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Dillon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lee can pounce on him.
Lee tries to land a leg kick but Dillon saw it coming and moves away.

Lee bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dillon misses with a few strikes there.
Dillon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.

Lee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dillon.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dillon throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Lee lands a glancing blow to the side of Dillon's head.
Dillon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kjell Dillon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

During a confident post fight interview, Fred Lee thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
