Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes to the cage accompanied by Lamb of God- One Gun. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

and Clark counters with an outside leg kick.

Clark keeps the fight on the outside.
Clark keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Clark takes a swing at Smith's ribcage but misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Smith swings wildly with an uppercut but Clark uses good head movement to avoid it.

Clark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Clark counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Clark avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Clark catches Smith with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Smith stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Clark.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Clark lands a nice leg kick that just misses Smith's sensitive parts.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Clark forces Smith back against the cage and clinches.

Smith throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Clark looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Smith is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Smith tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Clark's elbow.
With the fighters up against the cage, Smith throws an elbow but misses.
Clark has had enough of the clinch but Smith keeps him there for the moment.
Clark tries to break free but Smith pushes him back against the cage.
Smith pushes off an throws an elbow but Clark leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Clark wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Smith swings wildly with an uppercut but Clark uses good head movement to avoid it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Smith misses with an elbow over the top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Terry Smith dominated that round.

The fight stays on the outside here - Smith looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Smith closes the distance but Clark moves to the side
and Clark counters with a body kick.
Clark steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Smith.
Smith moves to clinch but Clark breaks away
and Clark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Smith takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Smith looks to throw the jab but Clark is out of range.
Clark misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Smith throws a low kick but it's checked well by Clark.
Smith tries to clinch up.
A jab from Clark finds it's way through Smith's defenses.
Terry Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A low kick from Smith misses
and Clark makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Smith is looking to clinch.
Smith moves in looking to clinch but Clark pushes him off.

Clark throws a front kick aimed at Smith's knee but Smith avoids it well.
Smith doesn't manage to clinch there - Clark circles away.
Clark looks to score with a jab to the body but Smith is just out of range.

and Clark counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Smith darts in trying to clinch
and Clark scores with a counter punch that sends Smith to the canvas! Clark smells blood - he's punishing Smith with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Smith has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Clark!
