Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cristiano Nascimento!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nascimento walks into a left hand.
It looks like Cristiano Nascimento has been cut.
Ballantine throws a poor cross that misses
and Nascimento counters with a leg kick.
Nascimento thows a leg kick but Ballantine checks it
and Ballantine counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ballantine.
Ballantine lands a right hand.
Ballantine can't find room to land a body shot as Nascimento controls the action.
Nascimento tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ballantine's elbow.
Nascimento lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ballantine backwards.
Nascimento breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A shot to the body from Ballantine misses
and Nascimento cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ballantine works Nascimento's body with a nice hook.
Nascimento steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ballantine.

and Nascimento counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ballantine tries to clinch but Nascimento is having none of it.
Ballantine uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nascimento has time to react.

and Ballantine connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ballantine fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ballantine darts in and clinches Nascimento up against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Nascimento scores with a nice short uppercut.
Ballantine misses with the head strike.
Nascimento working hard to break the clinch.
Ballantine tries a body shot but Nascimento blocks it.
Ballantine throws a head punch that misses.
Ballantine swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ballantine goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ballantine misses with a hook to the ribs.
Nascimento lands with a right to the head.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Ballantine.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ballantine has a couple of punches blocked by Nascimento.

Ballantine misses with a short punch on the inside.
Nascimento escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nascimento gets tackled into the cage by Ballantine. Ballantine maintains the clinch.

Ballantine swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Nascimento blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ballantine tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Nascimento tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ballantine's elbow.
Ballantine swings wildly with an uppercut but Nascimento uses good head movement to avoid it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ballantine.
Nascimento goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ballantine throws a big uppercut that drops Nascimento! More strikes from Ballantine and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Nascimento lies dazed against the cage as Ballantine celebrates with his cornermen!
