The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dean.
Dean changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Van Helvoit tries to avoid it but Dean manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Van Helvoit to the ground. Van Helvoit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Van Helvoit.
It looks like James Dean has been cut.
Van Helvoit gets through Dean's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Van Helvoit working the clinch nicely. Dean is working for position but Van Helvoit cracks him with a big knee to the head! Dean crumples up against the cage and Van Helvoit lands two more shots before the ref can save Dean! This one is all over!
