The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith lands with a good body shot.
Dan Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ballantyne gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Smith.
Smith misses the shot to the body.
Smith pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Smith misses with a hook.
Smith thows a body shot but no joy.
A head kick misses from Ballantyne.
Smith moves out of range of the strikes.
Ballantyne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Smith was well out of range. Poor timing from Ballantyne.
Smith throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ballantyne on the side of the head.
Smith connects with a single shot there.
Smith throws out a powerful jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Smith scores with a sloppy right hand. Ballantyne should have avoided that one.
Ballantyne is rocked!
Smith flashes Ballantyne a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Ballantyne's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Ballantyne crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Smith punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
