5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tamao Serizawa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Philipp Sanders! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanders lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Tamao Serizawa has been cut. Serizawa fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sanders manages to avoid it. Sanders cracks Serizawa with an open hand slap. Sanders connects with a leg kick. Serizawa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Sanders throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Serizawa stumbling backwards into the cage! Serizawa bounces back off the cage towards Sanders, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Sanders lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Sanders celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
