Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dark Daemon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jay Marquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dark Daemon!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquez swings for the body but Daemon moves out of range.
Marquez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Marquez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Daemon paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Marquez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Daemon controlling from the top position.
Marquez working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Daemon has passed into half guard!
Marquez gets back to full guard.
Daemon wants to control from the top but Marquez keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marquez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Daemon has picked Marquez up and slammed him! Marquez can't keep hold of the triangle and Daemon manages to pass to side control!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marquez sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Daemon is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Daemon looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marquez is trying to maintain the position but Daemon is very close to passing his half guard.
Marquez wants to get back to full guard but Daemon has mounted him!
Marquez wants to control but Daemon is having none of it.
Marquez tries to improve his position but instead Daemon has taken his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Daemon trying to control momentarily.
Marquez manages to reverse the position and now he's in Daemon's guard. Nice work there by Marquez.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Daemon throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Marquez tries to free his leg and advance position but Daemon is retaining full guard.
Daemon keeping moving, preventing Marquez from controlling successfully.
Daemon looking for a sweep. Not yet Daemon, not yet.
Daemon working a defensive guard here.
Marquez looking to sit in guard and control but Daemon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Marquez looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Daemon wants to control from the top but Marquez keeps moving.
Marquez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Daemon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Daemon pushing down on Marquez's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Marquez pushes Daemon off looking to stand but Daemon dives back in and keeps control.
Daemon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Marquez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Daemon.
Daemon is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Marquez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
