Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
24 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mick Lenny! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pegg Frost! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Mick Lenny has been cut. Frost uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lenny. Frost checks a low kick from Lenny. Lenny misses with a wild combination.
Frost looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. The fight stays on the outside here - Frost looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Frost takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Lenny avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lenny swings away with a leg kick that misses. Frost closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jab, jab by Lenny - just one landing. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Lenny, right into the meat.
Lenny takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Frost takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost is looking to clinch but Lenny is avoiding it.
Mick Lenny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lenny tries to keep at a distance but Frost has taken the fight into the clinch. Frost using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lenny has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Nice elbow from Frost. Lenny wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lenny lands an uppercut. A right hand to the body from Lenny.

A frustrated look appears on Lenny's face as he tries to break the clinch. Lenny manages to break the clinch.
Lenny fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Frost manages to avoid it. Frost lands with a kick to the temple. Lenny shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Mick Lenny's cut is getting worse. Lenny swings for the body but Frost moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lenny is looking to score with low kicks. Lenny throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Frost throws a leg kick but Lenny sees it coming and moves out of range. Frost moves into the clinch successfully.
Lenny misses with a shot to the kidneys.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lenny. Lenny doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Lenny misses with a knee to the head. Frost throws a knee to the head but misses.
Frost tries to land knees in the clinch but Lenny avoids the damage to the body. A head punch blocked on the inside by Frost. Lenny on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Frost fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lenny, pushing him back against the cage. Frost lands an elbow just above Lenny 's eye. Lenny tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost lands a nice uppercut. Frost keeps control of Lenny as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Frost lands an elbow that stopped Lenny in his tracks for a moment. Frost scores with a knee to the head.
Mick Lenny's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Lenny misses with a hook from the clinch. Frost with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Frost gets through Lenny's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A battle for position here, against the cage. Frost lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Frost lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Frost scores with a hook to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lenny lands with a light punch inside. Frost prevents a body shot from Lenny. Lenny is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Frost is keeping busy. Frost blocks a body shot from Lenny.
That's four minutes gone in the round. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Lenny. Lenny is looking to break free of the clinch but Frost has double underhooks. Frost looking to throw knees to the head but Lenny is blocking nicely.
Frost throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
