Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Pogi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beck kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Champion. Glenn Beck could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Arthur Pogi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Glenn Beck! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arthur Pogi! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beck looks to throw the jab but Pogi is out of range. Beck looks to land a right hand but Pogi moved out of range. Glenn Beck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beck lands a head shot. Pogi drives through with a takedown into Beck's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Pogi is looking to work some ground and pound but Beck has wrist control. Beck is looking to stand up but Pogi isn't so interested in that idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pogi postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Pogi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pogi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Beck works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Pogi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Pogi throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pogi is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Beck is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Beck has escaped and now he's on top! Pogi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pogi looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Beck wants to control from the top but Pogi keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beck avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Beck slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We're going to have a standup here because Glenn Beck wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Pogi is trying hard to land a takedown here. Beck sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Beck closes the distance and clinches. Beck misses with a knee to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beck lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pogi backwards. Pogi drops down looking for an ankle pick but Beck pulls his leg out and moves away.

Beck lands a really nice looking cross but Pogi seems unphased.
Pogi shoots in looking for a takedown but Beck manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pogi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Glenn Beck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arthur Pogi. Pogi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Beck defends it nicely. Glenn Beck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Pogi slips a jab from Beck. Beck moves into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beck has Pogi pressed against the cage.

Beck closes the distance and clinches. Beck goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pogi staying out of range there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pogi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Glenn Beck will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A good leg kick by Beck. Beck wants to clinch so Pogi counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pogi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Beck manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pogi has Beck in his guard. Pogi is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Beck trying to control but Pogi is working from the bottom. Beck has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beck stays in close to Pogi's body and controls the position. Pogi working a defensive guard here.
Pogi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Beck doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Beck manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pogi is trying to keep Beck in close.
Pogi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Beck can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Pogi has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Beck should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pogi has tightened it up now! Beck should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
