Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Arnold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diasaku Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Arnold paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Machida tries to bum rush Arnold with a series of wild strikes but Arnold uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Arnold instigates a clinch.
Arnold has Machida pressed against the cage, preventing Machida from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Machida has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A knee to the head by Arnold.
Arnold gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Machida is trying to break free.
Machida tries a knee to the head but Arnold blocks it.
Arnold blocks an elbow strike from Machida.

Arnold manages to break the clinch.
Machida scores with a leg kick.

A looping hook to the body misses from Machida. Arnold does a little dance to reset his feet.
Arnold feints and then cracks Machida's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Machida down.
Machida throws a series of punches but Arnold avoids them all with ease.

and Arnold counters by clinching up.

Machida tries to land knees in the clinch but Arnold avoids the damage to the body.
Arnold lands with a short shot to the head.

Arnold lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Machida tries a knee to the head but Arnold blocks it.
Arnold creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Machida's defenses.
Arnold lands a right hand that snaps the head of Machida backwards.
Arnold lands a nice elbow.
Arnold keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Machida's efforts to push away.
Arnold gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Machida wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Arnold has him pressed against the cage.

Arnold pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Machida pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Arnold rushes Machida and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Arnold connects with a nasty looking knee right to Machida's face.

It looks like Diasaku Machida has been cut.

Machida takes a shot to the head.

Machida is rocked!
Arnold lands an elbow that stopped Machida in his tracks for a moment.
Machida is still on wobbly legs! Can Arnold finish him?

Arnold throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Machidas head.
Arnold pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Machida! Arnold unloads with more strikes and Machida sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
