The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kavelin rushes Seppala and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kavelin blocks an uppercut.
Seppala holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Kavelin blocks a body shot from Seppala.
Seppala escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kavelin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kavelin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Seppala circles away quickly and effectively.
Kavelin tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Kavelin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kavelin lands with an overhand left.
Kavelin closes the distance but Seppala moves to the side
and Seppala counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Seppala connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kavelin's hands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kavelin wants to clinch
and Seppala counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Seppala uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kavelin.
Kavelin lands a head kick!
Seppala drops Kavelin with a big left hand! Kavelin is injured, injured bad! Seppala jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
