Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ron Sieler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chuck Knuckle!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sieler thows a body shot but no joy.

Knuckle gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Ron Sieler just wasn't active enough.
Sieler uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Knuckle has time to react.

Knuckle throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sielers head.

Sieler is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Knuckle is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ron Sieler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sieler.
Knuckle pushes off an throws an elbow but Sieler leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Sieler throws a lazy right hand but Knuckle sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sieler scores with a kick to the midsection.
Knuckle misses with a wild combination.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ron Sieler dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


A combination from Knuckle does no damage.
The fighters circling - Sieler throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sieler dives in and grabs Knuckle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Knuckle pushes down on Sieler's head and hops out.

Knuckle closes the distance and clinches.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Sieler wants to stall.
Sieler lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Sieler is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Knuckle is defending well for now.

Chuck Knuckle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Knuckle's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sieler connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Knuckle scrambles back to his feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sieler prevents Knuckle from breaking the clinch.
Knuckle throws a punch but it's blocked by Sieler.
Sieler creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Knuckle's defenses.

Sieler has clasped his hands together around Knuckle's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Sieler is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Knuckle looks calm but he's in trouble here. Sieler gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Knuckle is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Sieler lets go of the hold and Knuckle can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ron Sieler!
