The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Plata cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hawk cracks Plata with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.

Plata moves out of range as Hawk strikes.
Plata throws a head kick but Hawk moves out of range.
A nice inside leg kick there by Plata. That's going to slow Hawk down.

The fighters circling - Hawk throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hawk swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Plata bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hawk's head.
Hawk lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Plata dodges the punch combination from Hawk.
Hawk throws an overhand right that drops Plata like a sack of potatoes! Hawk dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
