Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carlos Doghoon!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doghoon avoids the body shot from Chim.
Doghoon wants to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Doghoon as Chim shoots in.
Chim shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Doghoon but Doghoon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chim slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Chim avoids a punch combination nicely.
Chim bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Doghoon's head.
Chim scores with a hook to the body. Doghoon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Dong Chim has been cut.

Doghoon tries to move into range but Chim moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Chim shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Chim was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Chim throwing strikes but Doghoon manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Doghoon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Chim will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Chim pulls Doghoon in to control the position.
Chim wants to sweep but no luck.
Doghoon with a flurry of punches that miss.
Doghoon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Chim has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Doghoon postures up in Chim's guard and throws a big left but Chim blocks it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Doghoon shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Chim manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Doghoon postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Chim covers up, he's hurt! Doghoon keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Doghoon and the ref steps in to end the fight! Doghoon can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
