Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Water Tankerly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Moony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Water Tankerly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sonny Moony!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moony misses the jab.
Moony tries to close the distance and clinch but Tankerly swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tankerly lands a right hook to the body.

Tankerly clinches up against the cage.
Tankerly is trying to break free.
Moony goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tankerly prevents it.

Tankerly gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Moony tries to roll over but Tankerly keeps him under control.

Tankerly is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Moony is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tankerly pulls his head out easily.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tankerly in particular looking to stall.

Tankerly drops back looking for a leg! Moony is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Moony manages to kick Tankerly off! Tankerly jumps back into Moony's guard.
Tankerly trying to control the position from guard on top but Moony is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tankerly is really struggling to control Moony but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Water Tankerly wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Moony throws a series of punches but Tankerly avoids them all with ease.
Moony lands with a nice combination. Tankerly backs away looking to recover.
Moony misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Moony takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tankerly cracks Moony with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Tankerly slips a jab and a cross from Moony.

It looks like Sonny Moony has been cut.

Moony gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Tankerly looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Moony is trying to stick to Tankerly's back but Tankerly is turning into Moony. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Moony's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tankerly.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tankerly scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Tankerly slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
