Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kev Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kev Hawkins! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Austin throws a sloppy head kick and Hawkins moves out of range easily. Austin scoring well with a low kick there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Austin gets tackled into the cage by Hawkins. Hawkins maintains the clinch. Hawkins tries to break the clinch but Austin is controlling the position.
