Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Cerdan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Dingdown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cerdan comes to the cage accompanied by French National Anthem. Dingdown has chosen Baggy Trousers as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dingdown slips a jab from Cerdan.
Dingdown takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Cerdan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Cerdan has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cerdan tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dingdown's elbow.
Dingdown throws a head punch that misses.
Dingdown lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Cerdan misses with a punch to the body.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Cerdan as Dingdown tries to tie him up.
Dingdown trying to land knees to the body.
Dingdown prevents a body shot from Cerdan.
Dingdown is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cerdan to keep the fight standing.
Nice body punch from Dingdown - that landed with a thud.

Cerdan tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Cerdan can't find room to land a body shot as Dingdown controls the action.
Cerdan wants to break free but Dingdown has control.
Dingdown's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cerdan clinches.
Cerdan misses with a hook to the ribs.
Cerdan lands with a short head shot on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cerdan misses with a body punch.
Dingdown has a couple of punches blocked by Cerdan.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Cerdan as Dingdown tries to tie him up.
Dingdown is trying to push Cerdan away but Cerdan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Cerdan tries to throw a body punch but Dingdown avoids it by throwing Cerdan back against the cage.
Cerdan content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Dingdown gets control of Cerdan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dingdown will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Cerdan is looking to stand up but Dingdown won't let him.
Dingdown wants to get back to his feet but Cerdan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Cerdan gets to his feet. Dingdown looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Cerdan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dingdown swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dingdown has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dingdown bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cerdan's head backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A big left from Cerdan misses.
Dingdown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dingdown slips under a jab from Cerdan.
The fighters circling - Dingdown throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cerdan just misses with a punch to the body.
Dingdown takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Dingdown ducks under a wild hook from Cerdan.
Cerdan looks to clinch
and Dingdown cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fighters circle, before Dingdown throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Cerdan's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Dingdown lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Ben Dingdown!
A relieved looking Ben Dingdown thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
