Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Len Tendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Benson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tendo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is si tu estuvieras aqui. Benson has chosen Sweet home Alabama as his entrance music. Bubba Benson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tendo throws a sloppy head kick and Benson moves out of range easily.
Benson tries to clinch up.
Benson takes a kick to the side of the head.
Tendo throws a head kick that misses.
Tendo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
A head kick from Tendo lands but Benson takes it in his stride.

Benson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Benson slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Tendo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Benson on the ground.
Tendo wants to get back to his feet but Benson drags him back down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tendo is working to avoid the ground and pound but Benson connects with a decent elbow.
You can see the frustration on Tendo's face as Benson controls the position.

Benson has an Americana. Tendo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Benson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Benson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
