The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin misses with a wild body shot.
Jones with a poor takedown
and Martin counters with a straight right hand.
Jones gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Jones has a takedown stuffed.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Martin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dean Martin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Jones.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Martin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Martin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Martin .
Jimmy Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Martin connects with a jab.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt
and Martin counters with a nice uppercut.
Jones is rocked!
Jones tries for a takedown but Martin circles away easily
and Martin counters with a huge right that knocks Jones out cold! Martin is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!

A very excited looking Dean Martin rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
