Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Ares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zirry Swan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ares's entrance music is r this town i 101. A fine choice. Swan has chosen Blame it on my ADD as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ares shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Swan as he avoids it easily.
Ares gets a clinch.
Ares tries to throw a body punch but Swan avoids it by throwing Ares back against the cage.
Ares misses with a body punch.
Ares misses with a hook to the ribs.
Ares stalls.
Ares tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Swan tries to land knees in the clinch but Ares avoids the damage to the body.
Swan is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Swan misses with a body punch.
Ares goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Swan breaks from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Ares. Those never looked like landing.
Ares misses with a leg kick
and Swan counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Ares tries to work over Swan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Swan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Swan prevents a body shot from Ares.
Ares misses with a punch to the body.
Swan struggles to land a body shot inside as Ares controls his hands.
Ares has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Swan after a bit of a struggle.
Swan breaks from the clinch.
Ares closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Swan did well to prevent Ares getting side control.
Ares working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Swan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Swan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ares sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Swan defending well though.
Ares in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Swan tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Ares!

Solomon Ares bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
