Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Igor Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbosa comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. Santana comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Apaga mais não bate(Jiu-jitsu) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Barbosa. Santana does a little dance to reset his feet.
Santana shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Barbosa counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Barbosa wants to free his trapped foot but Santana is holding on for dear life with his legs.

That was a close second round but I would say that Igor Barbosa will probably get the nod.
