Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ducky Gonquer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harvey Dent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Harvey Dent enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ducky Gonquer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harvey Dent! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dent tries to clinch up but Gonquer circles away and keeps his distance. Dent fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gonquer looks for the body kick but Dent saw that one coming. Dent moves in looking to clinch but Gonquer pushes him off. Dent fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gonquer darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Gonquer is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Dent keeping full guard, as Gonquer tries to pass. Dent looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Dent wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gonquer manages to pass to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gonquer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dent does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Dent has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gonquer is working away from the top position though. Gonquer lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Gonquer throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Gonquer is looking to advance position but Dent won't allow it. Dent keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gonquer missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Dent really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gonquer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gonquer wants to pass the guard but Dent is defending well. Gonquer not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Gonquer is looking for a kimura here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gonquer shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dent tries to clinch there but Gonquer circles away.
Dent dodges the punch combination from Gonquer.
Dent gets caught flat footed, as Gonquer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Gonquer is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dent is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dent has escaped and now he's on top! Dent trying to control but Gonquer is working from the bottom. Gonquer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gonquer is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dent is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dent has escaped and now he's on top! Gonquer is breathing heavily. Gonquer is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gonquer tries to land a sweep but no joy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gonquer is looking for a triangle here but Dent uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Dent controlling from side mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ducky Gonquer dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dent tries to clinch up. Gonquer scores a takedown into full mount! Dent working to try and regain half guard.
Dent wants to control but Gonquer is having none of it. Gonquer looking to control but Dent is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gonquer breaks from Dent's wrist control and lands an elbow. Dent is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Gonquer goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Dent is on top in guard.
Gonquer can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dent controls the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gonquer throws his legs up looking for a submission but Dent uses it to pass to side control.
Gonquer tries to buck Dent off but Dent is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dent stands up and beckons Gonquer to his feet. Dent tries to close the distance and clinch but Gonquer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ducky Gonquer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gonquer fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dent looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Gonquer! Gonquer is desperately trying to improve his position but Dent has a good base and remains in mount. Dent controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gonquer has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Gonquer wants to escape the position.
Dent biding his time, controlling Gonquer. Dent's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Harvey Dent showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Gonquer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Gonquer thowing shots but they're missing. Dent is looking to get to half guard. Gonquer looking to control but Dent is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Ducky Gonquer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dent is just holding on here. Gonquer manages to take his back.
Gonquer is looking to control Dent but Dent is wriggling around and keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gonquer working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Gonquer avoiding Dent 's attempts to control his hands. Even with his hooks in, Gonquer manages to miss with strikes from the back. Dent covering up well and avoiding damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gonquer not allowing Dent to control his hands. Gonquer is punishing Dent with strikes - can he finish him?! Dent is trying to stand back up. Gonquer is looking to control Dent but Dent is wriggling around and keeping busy. Gonquer is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dent is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dent turns into Gonquer and is now in his guard.
Gonquer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Gonquer is looking for a triangle but Dent pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Gonquer keeping moving, preventing Dent from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gonquer throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gonquer throws a one two combo.
Gonquer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dent has his takedown stuffed and Gonquer counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dent's guard now. Dent looking for a guillotine here but Gonquer defends easily.
Gonquer trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dent lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gonquer!
And that's the end of the fight! Ducky Gonquer showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gonquer has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
