Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautin jabs Parka right on the nose. Parka blinks but takes it well.
Parka throws a solid leg kick but Bautin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Parka.
Bautin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bautin missing with a left hand there. Parka was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bautin misses the shot to the body.
Parka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Parka throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bautin.

and Parka counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bautin wants to sweep but no luck.

Bautin has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Parka feints and then cracks Bautin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bautin down.

Parka shoots for a takedown but Bautin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Parka wants to slow Bautin down by chopping away at his legs.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sergei Bautin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Bautin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Parka moves away.

Bautin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bautin steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Parka. That one must have hurt.
Bautin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Parka sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Parka, right into the meat.
Bautin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Parka throws a sloppy head kick and Bautin moves out of range easily.
Bautin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Parka manages to avoid it.
Parka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bautin's waist but Bautin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Parka off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Piru Parka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bautin moves out of range as Parka throws a body kick.
Parka shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bautin as he avoids it easily.
Parka throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bautin.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Parka throws a leg kick but Bautin moved away.

Bautin loads up on a big right hand but Parka slips the punch.
Sergei Bautin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bautin throws a shot to the body.
Bautin fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Bautin enables Parka to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bautin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Parka takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Parka perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Piru Parka dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Parka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bautin is fending him off so far but Parka persists. Nope, Bautin circles away and we're back to standing.
Parka throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bautin.
Parka shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bautin defends it nicely.
Parka lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bautin circles away quickly and effectively.
Parka throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Bautin counters with a left to the body.
Bautin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bautin lands with a cross.
Bautin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Parka throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Piru Parka is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Parka takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bautin lands a glancing blow to the side of Parka's head.
Parka on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bautin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Parka takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Bautin works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bautin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bautin tests Parka's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Parka misses with the combination.
Bautin thuds a left hand into Parka's body.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Bautin. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Bautin throws a series of strikes that have Parka backpedaling.

Bautin drops Parka with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Parka looks back up at him and smiles so Bautin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Parka is rocked!
Bautin weaves into range and cracks Parka right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Parka goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Bautin is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
