Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitsuomi Sakata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Torrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mitsuomi Sakata!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakata fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Torrez moves out of range of the strikes.
A bone on bone clash there as Torrez blocks the leg kick.
Sakata scores with a punch to the head.
Torrez smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A telegraphed right hand from Torrez misses the target.
Torrez just misses with a punch to the body.
Sakata misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sakata throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Torrez to counter with a crisp jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Torrez connects with a jab.
Torrez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Torrez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sakata throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Torrez.
It looks like Eddie Torrez has been cut.
Torrez thows a body shot but no joy.
Mitsuomi Sakata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Sakata - that will leave a mark!
Sakata stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Sakata throws out a loose jab but Torrez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Torrez keeps the fight on the outside.
Sakata moves away from the strike by Torrez.
Torrez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Sakata! Torrez is out on his feet! Sakata rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Torrez is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Torrez is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mitsuomi Sakata!
