Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kent Teach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Drudge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teach comes to the cage accompanied by Mouth for War. On his way into the cage it seems that Kent Teach has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kent Teach seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Kent Teach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Drudge! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Teach drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Teach prevents Drudge from getting back to his feet. Teach content to stall in guard here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Drudge wants to stand and escape but Teach is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Teach sitting in guard, not really doing much. Drudge wants to stand and escape but Teach is having none of it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Drudge tries to clinch up. Drudge tries to keep at a distance but Teach has taken the fight into the clinch. Drudge misses with a body punch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Teach. Teach has Drudge pushed against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drudge prevents the takedown attempt.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Teach takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Drudge throws a punch but it's blocked by Teach. Teach gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Drudge is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Teach is controlling him. Drudge looks gassed! Teach is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Drudge is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Teach is controlling him. Teach tries to free his leg and advance position but Drudge is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Teach gets to his feet. Drudge looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Teach stalks Drudge and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Drudge's face. Drudge staggers backwards, shaken. Drudge wants to clinch and Teach counters with a nice double leg into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Teach slips nicely into half guard. Teach content to control rather than advance. Teach working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Teach not doing much here.

Teach closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Teach decides to take the fight back to the feet. Teach closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Teach in particular looking to stall. Drudge pushes Teach off looking to stand but Teach dives back in and keeps control.
Teach thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Drudge's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Teach wants to pass to mount but Drudge is defending the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Teach works his foot free and advances to mount. Teach sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Teach's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Drudge wants to get back to his feet.

Kent Teach dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Teach lands a head kick. Drudge smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Teach shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Teach scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Drudge pushes Teach off looking to stand but Teach dives back in and keeps control.

Kent Teach overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Teach slows the pace down in half guard. Teach passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Drudge! Drudge is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Teach content just to control the position here. Teach is standing up, even though he is in mount. Drudge tries to clinch but fails miserably and Teach counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Teach. Teach tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Teach jumps guard.
Teach trying to control the position here. Teach is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Teach has a closed guard, preventing Drudge from standing up. Drudge won't allow Teach to sweep him here. Teach controlling Drudge's posture.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Kent Teach just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Teach shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Teach showed some decent athleticism there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Teach content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Drudge tries to kick Teach off but Teach keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Teach is looking to advance position but Drudge won't allow it. Teach keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Teach looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Teach working over Drudge with some ground and pound. Drudge looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Teach perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Teach stops Drudge from getting back to his feet.
Teach is controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kent Teach dominated that second round. That's time! Teach's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Teach looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Drudge is trying to stand back up but Teach is controlling him
Teach has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Drudge takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Teach lands a big shot there that rocks Drudge but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
BOOM! Teach connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Teach gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Kent Teach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Drudge takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Teach decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Teach is taking a breather. Drudge says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Teach frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Drudge is trying to stand. Teach sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Teach unloading with bombs! Teach stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Teach shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Teach showed some decent athleticism there.

Teach is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Teach get's back to his feet. Teach moves into the clinch successfully.

Teach pulls guard effortlessly. Teach thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Drudge has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Teach is proving hard to escape from.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Teach manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Teach bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Drudge is trying to get back to his feet. Teach stands up and we're back to a striking position. Drudge tries to clinch but Teach moves away and Teach counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Drudge's guard now. Teach stands and steps away. Drudge gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Teach shoots in and drives through. Drudge sprawls well. Gary Drudge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Teach shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Teach wants to take a breather but Drudge is having none of it. Teach is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Drudge can do to turn this around? Teach stops Drudge from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Teach is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Drudge has managed to free his arm - good work. Teach content to control rather than advance. Drudge wants to get back to his feet.
Teach is taking a breather. Drudge says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Teach throwing shots but Drudge is blocking nicely.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Teach throws a head kick but Drudge moves out of range.
Gary Drudge has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Teach shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Teach showed some decent athleticism there.
And that's the end of the fight! Kent Teach showed his dominance in that final round. Well Teach has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
