Takahashi on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Ethelbart Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manoel avoids the head kick by Takahashi.
Manoel takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Manoel drops Takahashi with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Takahashi looks back up at him and smiles so Manoel waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Takahashi is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A nice inside leg kick there by Manoel. That's going to slow Takahashi down.

Manoel connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Takahashi to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Manoel!
