Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Sundin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cole Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeff Sundin looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cole Jackson! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sundin fails with the takedown. Sundin looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Sundin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Jackson is trying to get back to full guard. Jackson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sundin is working away from the top position though. Jackson pushes Sundin off looking to stand but Sundin dives back in and keeps control.

Jackson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Sundin trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Jackson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson lands a head shot. Horrible takedown by Sundin or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad. Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Sundin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Jackson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeff Sundin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson throws a series of punches but Sundin avoids them all with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sundin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jackson throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sundin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side.

and Jackson counters with a left and a right that stings Sundin. Jackson lands a right hook to the body.
Jackson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Cole Jackson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sundin tries for a takedown but Jackson circles away easily and Jackson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sundin drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Jackson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sundin on the side of the head. Sundin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sundin misses with a takedown and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sundin is rocked! Sundin slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
Sundin moves out of range as Jackson strikes. Cole Jackson seems to be getting the better of the standup. Sundin looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson cracks Sundin with a good jab. Jackson moves out of range of the body kick. Jackson Rushes Sundin and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Sundin is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Jackson Piles on the pressure and Sundin crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
