Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans pushes Vermont up against the cage in a clinch.
Evans breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Evans takes the fight into the clinch.
Vermont has hold of one of Evans's legs. Evans is fighting the takedown attempt but Vermont gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Evans looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Evans looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vermont drops back looking for a leg! Evans is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Evans manages to kick Vermont off! Vermont jumps back into Evans's guard.
Evans looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vermont is one step ahead there.
Evans pulls Vermont in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vermont drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Evans dives on top into guard.
Evans trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Evans stays in close to Vermont's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Lionel Evans wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Evans misses with a hook to the body
and Vermont counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Vermont.
Evans prevents Vermont from breaking the clinch.
Vermont is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Vermont wants to get back to striking at distance but Evans won't allow it.
Vermont has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Vermont breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Evans fails with the takedown
and Vermont counters with a series of strikes. Evans will be more careful next time no doubt.
Vermont gets caught napping as Evans dives in and scores a takedown. Vermont manages to retain guard.
Vermont has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Evans doesn't defend quickly enough and Vermont has managed to lock this one up! Can Evans escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Vermont on a fantastic submission victory.
