Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Hopek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar Bergamaschi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopek comes to the cage accompanied by PMM - Poza Horyzont. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marcin Hopek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cesar Bergamaschi! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bergamaschi doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hopek counters with a three punch combo that has Bergamaschi backing up. Bergamaschi nods at Hopek to acknowledge the strikes. Hopek shoots for a double leg takedown but Bergamaschi sprawls well. He's pushed Hopek's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bergamaschi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bergamaschi throws a head kick that misses and Hopek counters with an outside leg kick.
Bergamaschi tries to clinch but Hopek is having none of it. Bergamaschi misses with a takedown and Hopek counters with a big head kick but Bergamaschi shrugs it off. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hopek misses with a takedown attempt and Bergamaschi counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hopek is lucky that one didn't land flush. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcin Hopek. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hopek closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bergamaschi's guard. Hopek stands up from guard. Let's bang! Bergamaschi throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hopek makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Bergamaschi really felt that one! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hopek is defended easily by Bergamaschi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bergamaschi tries to sprawl but Hopek drives through with a takedown into half guard. Bergamaschi wants to get back to full guard. Bergamaschi looks winded! Hopek maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Bergamaschi could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Hopek has cracked it and Bergamaschi is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Hopek!
