Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails to land with a series of punches.
James tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.
James lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Jack Silva has been cut.
James defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Silva.
Silva is breathing heavily.
James with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James fails in his attempt to clinch.
James will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
James throws a right and a left that Silva avoids nicely.
James cracks Silva with an uppercut from hell and Silva crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of James's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Silva is rocked!
James wants to get up but he can't break Silva's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Silva is working an open guard so James takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Sloppy strikes from James. Those never looked like landing.
James lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.
James tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.
James rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jack Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
James is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Silva hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Michael James!
