The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahokas getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Tank Abbot has been cut.
Abbot ducks under a wild hook from Ahokas.
Ahokas slips a jab from Abbot.
Abbot thows a body shot but no joy.
Ahokas throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Abbot counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Juha Ahokas has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ahokas closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Abbot tries to improve position but can't.
Abbot wants to control but Ahokas postures up.
Abbot is not content to let Ahokas control the position.
Abbot is trying to improve his position.
Abbot wants to get back to his feet but Ahokas drags him back down.
Ahokas moves into full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ahokas has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Abbot's face.
Abbot tries to lock up and control but Ahokas gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Ahokas trying to control but he's not successful this time.
BOOM! Ahokas connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That has opened up Tank Abbot's cut even more.
Abbot is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Ahokas is landing with some decent strikes but Abbot is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The cut above Tank Abbot's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Abbot is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ahokas controlling the pace for now.
Abbot tries to hold on but Ahokas postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ahokas landing strikes from the mount.
Tank Abbot's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tank Abbot's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Juha Ahokas!
