Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Quintana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica- Enter Sandman. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quintana connects with a jab.
Quintana fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Machida looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Quintana lands a jab to Machida's midsection.
Machida throws a combination. Quintana tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Machida throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Machida throws a nice inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Machida tries to keep at a distance but Quintana has taken the fight into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Quintana takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
