Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mati King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mati King! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, William Wallace! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King closes the distance but Wallace moves to the side and Wallace counters with a straight right hand. Wallace displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. King tries to clinch up but Wallace circles away and keeps his distance. King moves into the clinch successfully.
King gets control of Wallace's arms and successfully pulls guard. King will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Wallace stopping the sweep attempt from King. Wallace looking to pass the guard. Wallace trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. King looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wallace wants to pass the guard but King is keeping the position. Wallace sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed King's guard. Wallace tries to pass the half guard into mount. King knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. King is trying to get back to full guard. Wallace tries to pass to full mount but King defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallace throwing shots but King is blocking nicely. Wallace looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Wallace prevents King from improving his position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Wallace throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Wallace trying to mount his opponent but King defends it. Wallace missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace throwing shots but King is blocking nicely. King is breathing heavily. Wallace wants to pass to mount but King is defending the position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wallace in particular looking to stall. Wallace has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wallace not landing any meaningful shots this time. King really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wallace missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wallace frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallace unloads with some shots from mount but King bucks and avoids them well.

King wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Wallace.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Wallace is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but King is surviving well by controlling Wallace's body position as best he can. Wallace throws some wild stikes that King manages to avoid easily.

That's six minutes gone in the round. Wallace can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as King is looking to escape. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Wallace looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Wallace throwing strikes here but King is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Wallace throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Wallace sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! King wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Wallace.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Wallace with a couple of short strikes. King is squirming around, avoiding Wallace's attempts to control the action. King avoids a series of strikes thrown by Wallace.
Wallace thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Wallace landing punches.
King is rocked! Wallace connects with a bit shot that sees King covering up! More strikes from Wallace and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Wallace is our winner by TKO!
