Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, King Rapana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rapana tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hunt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rapana takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Nice cross by Hunt.
King Rapana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rapana wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hunt darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rapana.
Rapana misses with a straight left.
Rapana throws a head kick that misses.
Rapana really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rapana takes one on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rapana wants to slow Hunt down by chopping away at his legs.
Hunt keeps the fight on the outside.
Rapana lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rapana throws a head kick that misses.
Hunt keeps the fight on the outside.

Rapana shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Hunt is looking to stand up but Rapana isn't so interested in that idea.
Hunt should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Rapana's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rapana wants to control from the top but Hunt keeps moving.
Rapana stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hunt swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. King Rapana wasn't doing enough on the ground.
No joy there for Hunt, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice uppercut lands for Hunt. That snapped Rapana's head back.
Rapana has his takedown stuffed
and Hunt counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Rapana! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Hunt!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Hunt!
