Kirbs comes to the cage accompanied by Steve Miller Band - The Joker. Deersworth has chosen Warrior's Call by Volbeat as his entrance music. Trent Quo Titan Kirbs has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Kirbs. Deersworth does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kirbs takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Deersworth throws a body punch but Kirbs moves out of range.
Deersworth fails with the takedown.
Deersworth takes one to the chin there.
Kirbs throws a sloppy head kick and Deersworth moves out of range easily.
Deersworth fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nice shot lands for Kirbs.

Deersworth throws a strike but Kirbs avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Kirbs is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Deersworth is looking for a sweep. Kirbs is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Deersworth is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kirbs pulls his head out easily.

Kirbs takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Trent Quo Titan Kirbs just wasn't active enough.

Deersworth looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Deersworth must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Kirbs wants to stand up but Deersworth is controlling him.

Kirbs is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Deersworth is controlling him.

Deersworth drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kirbs manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Deersworth has Kirbs in his guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kirbs passes into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Trent Quo Titan Kirbs will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kirbs avoids the head kick by Deersworth.
Deersworth chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kirbs can pounce on him.
A lazy body kick from Deersworth
and Kirbs counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Horrible takedown by Deersworth or perhaps it was just good defense by Kirbs which made him look bad.
Addison Deersworth is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kirbs avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Deersworth misses with a body punch
and Kirbs counters with a nice low kick that buckles Deersworth's knee momentarily.
Deersworth misses with a hook to the body
and Kirbs counters with a right hand to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kirbs lands with a hook. Deersworth tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Kirbs lands a big right hand that sends Deersworth crashing to the mat! Kirbs stays standing though and waves Deersworth back to his feet!

Deersworth is rocked!
Kirbs cracks Deersworth on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Deersworth falls backwards against the cage. Kirbs follows up with more strikes that drop Deersworth to his knees. Kirbs keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Deersworth! This one is all over!
