Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Aschmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Agapit Blondi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aschmann comes to the cage accompanied by RZA - Baddest Man Alive. Agapit Blondi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blondi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

That was a close round but I would say that Mark Aschmann will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Blondi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Aschmann moves away.
Blondi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Aschmann is able to avoid easily.
Blondi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aschmann tries to avoid it but Blondi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aschmann to the ground. Aschmann escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aschmann scores with a jab. Blondi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Aschmann manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Blondi on his heels. He'll look to pass Blondi's guard now, I'm sure.
