Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nils Korst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duck Tycoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tycoon has chosen Rubber Ducky as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nils Korst!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Duck Tycoon!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Tycoon.
Korst throws a series of punches but Tycoon moves out of range.
Korst tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tycoon slips a jab and a cross from Korst.
Korst avoids the body shot from Tycoon.
Korst throws a right and a left that both miss.
Tycoon is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Korst misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Korst fails to land with a series of punches.
Korst throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Korst checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

and Tycoon counters with a one-two to the body.

No joy there for Korst, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tycoon throws a head kick but Korst moves out of range.
Korst misses with a double jab
and Tycoon counters by moving into the clinch.
Tycoon pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Korst has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Tycoon struggles to land a body shot inside as Korst controls his hands.
Korst avoids a wild elbow strike from Tycoon.
Tycoon tries to throw a body punch but Korst avoids it by throwing Tycoon back against the cage.
Tycoon keeps control of Korst as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Tycoon tries to throw a body punch but Korst avoids it by throwing Tycoon back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Korst's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Korst escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Korst lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tycoon circles away quickly and effectively.
Korst blocks a head kick by Tycoon.
Tycoon looks to land a left hand but Korst moved out of range nicely.
Tycoon throws a sloppy head kick and Korst moves out of range easily.
Korst misses with a few strikes there.
Korst throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Korst throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tycoon makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Korst throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tycoon's head.
Korst swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Tycoon counters by clinching up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Korst wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tycoon has him pressed against the cage.
Korst escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Tycoon connects with a solid leg kick.
Tycoon throws out a loose jab but Korst uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tycoon turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Tycoon ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tycoon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Korst throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tycoon counters with a good, hard body kick but Korst shrugs it off.
Korst is breathing heavily.
Tycoon connects with an inside leg kick.

Korst on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Tycoon scores with a jab to the body.
Tycoon throws out a loose jab but Korst uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tycoon will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Korst bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Korst misses with a combination
and Tycoon counters with a left to the body.
Tycoon swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Korst.
Tycoon lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Tycoon throws an overhand right that lands on Korst's shoulder, as Korst tries to avoid the shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Tycoon throws a low kick but Korst moves out of range easily.
A punch lands to the side of Korst 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Korst is rocked!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tycoon.
Oh Korst is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A looping hook to the body misses from Tycoon. Korst does a little dance to reset his feet.
Korst throws a combination that misses
and Tycoon counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Korst out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Tycoon is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Duck Tycoon!
After winning the bout, Duck Tycoon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
