Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dane Aldeen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenneth Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kenneth Shamrock was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dane Aldeen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenneth Shamrock! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shamrock shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Aldeen counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Aldeen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shamrock doesn't seem bothered though. Shamrock should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Shamrock looks winded! Aldeen closes the distance and pushes Shamrock back into the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aldeen stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Shamrock has eaten all the pies! Aldeen pushes Shamrock back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Shamrock tries for a takedown. No joy.
Aldeen tries to land knees in the clinch but Shamrock avoids the damage to the body. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Aldeen lands a left hand that snaps the head of Shamrock backwards. Good body shot from Aldeen.
Shamrock has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Aldeen after a bit of a struggle. Dane Aldeen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenneth Shamrock. Aldeen lands with a short shot to the head. Aldeen taking a breather. With the fighters up against the cage, Aldeen throws an elbow but misses. Shamrock tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Shamrock drops down looking for an ankle pick but Aldeen pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aldeen lands a big uppercut and Shamrock crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Shamrock looks OK. Aldeen waves Shamrock back to his feet!
It looks like Kenneth Shamrock has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Aldeen drops Shamrock with a straight right hand, right on the button! Aldeen follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dane Aldeen! During a confident post fight interview, Dane Aldeen thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
