Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Grapist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grapist comes to the cage accompanied by Know Your Enemy by Rage Against the Machine. Jerry Grapist looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Grapist looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Smith landing with the ground and pound.
Smith with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Grapist has momentary wrist control but Smith slips an elbow through the middle.
Smith cracks Grapist with a solid left hand.

Oh Grapist is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith trying to control but Grapist is working from the bottom.
Smith distracts Grapist with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Grapist might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Smith scoring with punches to the head and body.
Smith stands up over Grapist, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Smith is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Smith works over Grapist with some ground and pound from guard.
Smith postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Grapist covers up, he's hurt! Smith keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Smith and the ref steps in to end the fight! Smith can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
