Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude Cisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Carter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Claude Cisse! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Carter swings for the body but Cisse moves out of range.
Cisse looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. No luck with that takedown attempt from Cisse. Cisse throws an off balance right hand
and Carter counters with a left to the body. Cisse has his takedown stuffed and Carter counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jake Carter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Claude Cisse. Cisse looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Cisse shoots in but Carter avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cisse tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cisse tries to clinch but fails miserably and Carter counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cisse has Carter up against the cage in a clinch.
Cisse keeps control of Carter as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Cisse is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Cisse has Carter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Carter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Carter wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cisse is trying to drag Carter to the mat but Carter just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Cisse jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Carter walks away with a smile on his face. Cisse gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cisse tries to clinch but Carter moves away and Carter counters with a left and a right that stings Cisse. Cisse throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cisse gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Carter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cisse is rocked! Cisse walks straight into a right hand from Carter - that's dropped him! Carter jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cisse from any more punishment! Cisse complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jake Carter!
