Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramstein Rommel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Braga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ramstein Rommel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Antonio Braga! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Braga takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Braga shoots in for a double leg but Rommel sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Braga misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Braga shoots for a double leg takedown but Rommel sprawls well. He's pushed Braga's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ramstein Rommel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Braga. Braga misses with a takedown attempt and Rommel counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Rommel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Braga tries for a takedown but Rommel circles away easily and Rommel counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Antonio Braga has been cut. A looping hook to the body misses from Braga. Rommel does a little dance to reset his feet. Rommel misses with a looping left. Braga moves away from the strike by Rommel. Braga shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rommel's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rommel keeping full guard, as Braga tries to pass. Rommel had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Braga defends it easily. Rommel looking to hit a scissor sweep but Braga is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Braga slips nicely into half guard. Rommel regains full guard. Nicely done. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Braga passes Rommel's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Braga wants to free his trapped foot but Rommel is holding on for dear life with his legs. Rommel looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Braga is looking to advance position but Rommel won't allow it. Braga working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rommel looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Ground and pound from Braga. Braga thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Rommel is defending against the submission attempts here by Braga.
Rommel is trying to get back to full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rommel on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Braga is looking to take a break and control but Rommel is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rommel works his way to full guard. Good work. Rommel has momentary wrist control but Braga slips an elbow through the middle. Braga looking to sit in guard and control but Rommel gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Rommel avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Braga keeping moving, preventing Rommel from controlling successfully. Rommel stopping the sweep attempt from Braga. Braga working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Rommel has passed into half guard!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rommel thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Braga looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Braga is trying to control but can't.
Rommel prevents Braga from improving his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ground and pound from Rommel. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rommel moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Braga. Rommel is chipping away with strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Antonio Braga will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Antonio Braga's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
A telegraphed right hand from Braga misses the target. Braga looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Braga drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Rommel looking for a sweep. Not yet Rommel, not yet. Braga is working Rommel over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Rommel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Braga wants to pass the guard but Rommel is keeping the position. Rommel looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Rommel wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Braga sitting in guard, not really doing much. Let's hope that Braga has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Braga trying to control but Rommel is working from the bottom. Braga landing with the ground and pound. Rommel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Braga on the ground. Braga stopping the sweep attempt from Rommel. Braga with a nice head shot there. Antonio Braga has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rommel looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Braga trying to control but Rommel is working from the bottom. Rommel wants to sweep but no luck. Braga landing some decent shots from guard. Braga trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rommel is on top in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Braga is looking for a triangle but Rommel pushes his legs off easily.
Braga working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rommel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rommel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Braga not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rommel tries to free his leg and advance position but Braga is retaining full guard. Braga has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rommel should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Braga has tightened it up now! Rommel should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Antonio Braga! An out of breath Antonio Braga thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
